I ate this roast turkey in Spain and cooked it right after the holiday. No prescription and he tasted like a holiday.

Unroll 2 kg of rolled meat and cut into a large slice. Brush the slice with mustard, salt and pepper. Fry 2 onions until glassy and pour on the meat. Cover tight with bacon slices.

Cover the long side with soft plums and roll up. Fix with toothpicks and place the roast in a ovenproof mold. Bake for 90 minutes at 180 degrees, turning once.

Mix 3 tablespoons of oil with a tsp of salt and a tsp of paprika. Brush the roast 20 minutes before the end of the baking time.

We eat the roast sliced ​​cold to a salad. But even with a sauce and pasta he tastes great.
