Suck eggs out with the disposable syringe instead of blowing them out

  1. Rinse fresh raw egg from the outside with hot water.

  6. First, the syringe fills with protein, later loads with egg yolk.
  7. If the protein is to be struck stiff later, then add syringe fillings with egg yolk mixture to the egg yolk.
  8. The last time the syringe is loaded, keep the egg with the hole down and insert the syringe only slightly.
  9. Finally, when using the syringe to blow some air into the egg, holding the egg over the receptacle, the last remnant comes out of the egg.
  10. Fill the empty eggshell with hot water and a drop of detergent, close the hole, shake and rinse.
  11. Either boil the eggshell and syringe or put in the dishwasher, then the pink date and origin stamp goes away.

This method has several advantages:

  • The egg has only one opening. (When blowing out you need two). That's better for later decorating.
  • You do not have to touch the egg with your mouth.
    • Pathogens on the eggshell do not come into contact with the mouth,
    • Pathogens from the mouth are not blown on the egg.
  • You can even largely separate egg white and egg yolks.
