  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 ml buttermilk (maybe a little more).

For covering:

  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g of sliced ​​almonds
  • 125 g butter and 1 cup (200 ml) cream.

preparation

  1. First, the oven is preheated to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat).
  2. Then beat the sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs in a mixing bowl with the hand mixer until well frothy and stir in the soft butter.
