Summer salad with mozzarella

ingredients for 4 persons
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 250 g fork spaghetti
- 3 x 125 g mozzarella pack
- 4 eggs
Ingredients dressing
- 1 x 250 ml glass of mayonnaise
- 1 x 200 g of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons sugar,
- 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt,
- 1-2 sachets of TK parsley, 2 teaspoons of Maggi,
- 4-6 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons tomato and mozzarella spice
Cookware
- Salad bowl, salad servers, chopping board, knife, saucepan, egg cooker, egg slicer, bowl and whisk
preparation
- Cook the fork spaghetti in a saucepan according to the instructions.
- Boil eggs in the egg cooker, peel and cut. (Knife or egg cutter).
- Cut iceberg lettuce into strips.
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces and remove the green spot.
- Peel cucumber and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the onion and put it into the onion cutter or knife.
- Dice mozzarella.
Preparation dressing
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, sugar, mustard, tomato ketchup, pepper, salt, frozen parsley, maggi, vinegar, tomato and mozzarella spice into a bowl and stir well with a whisk.
