Summery blackberry muffins also in the autumn and winter months
We are fortunate to have a large blackberry hedge with very large fruits in the garden. As the harvest was bigger than expected this year, I froze most of the blackberries.
So I can also in the autumn and winter months again and again delicious muffins to bake or sweeten a dessert with it.
I am always happy when I come in contact with the taste of the summer and my family is also happy about fruity and sweet treats, on an otherwise bleak weekend!
