Sunday roast with perfect sauce

A good gravy is done as follows:
ingredients
- 500 g roast pork
- 500 g roast beef
- Finely dice 1 carrot
- Finely chop 1 onion
- Finely chop 2 garlic cloves
- Finely dice 1 red pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
preparation
- After the meat has been seasoned and fried, remove it from the pan.
- Then the above listed vegetables come in and are seared.
- Then brown the mustard with the tomato paste, 1 minute, but not too much.
- Then add approx. 300 ml of dry red wine and put the roast in again and in addition fill with at least 1 liter of water with a little bouillon cube.
- Close pot and cook for at least 2-3 hours.
- Then tie the sauce with a sauce binder, no matter what brand.
And the Sunday roast with perfect sauce is ready.
