Super fast fish pan

Here is a recipe for a fish pan of the fast kind.

Take for 3-4 people:

- about 1 kg of frozen mixed vegetables, e.g. mixed vegetables
- 6-8 fish fillets of your choice
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- 2 onions


First, the potatoes are thoroughly washed and cut into 0.5 cm thick slices. The onions are peeled and diced into larger pieces.

That's actually it with the preparation. The rest goes very fast.

Put the frozen vegetables, potato slices and onions in a casserole dish. Add a little salt and pepper and mix once. Put the frozen fish on top and drizzle a little lemon over it. Briefly let the salt shaker circle over the fish and DONE.

The oven does not need to be heated separately. 200 ° C and circulating air and clean with the baking dish. 50 - 60 minutes separate you from the enjoyment.

In my version I have salmon fillet, Cape hake fillet and cod fillet taken.
