Super fluffy brioche

This is now my favorite and best Brioche recipe. Super fluffy for coffee z. B with delicious jam. coated.
ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 pck of dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 70 g of butter
- 250 ml of lukewarm milk
- 110 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- for sprinkling possibly hail sugar
- 1 egg yolk
preparation
- Mix the sugar with the flour and the yeast.
- Add the egg, a pinch of salt and the butter and slowly pour the milk.
- Now comes the difficult task for all who have no blender. Because the secret of this fluffy dough lies in the long mixing time of at least 20 minutes. I also have no machine and have worked the dough for about 11 minutes with the hand mixer (dough hook).
- Then let the dough rise for at least 1 - 2 hours in a warm place.
- Then knead well with your hands again and fill in a box shape, I have divided the dough into 3 parts and braided it into a braid, which I then inserted into a Springform form around. But next time I'll do twice that amount, because he did not completely fill the springform. A box shape, however, is great and so it is quite high.
- 30 minutes, it should rest in the form, then brush with egg yolk and bake at 150 degrees upper and lower heat for about 35 minutes on a medium rail.
It tastes delicious with butter and jam.
