Sustainably relieve acne and pimples

Since the age of 14 I have had chronic acne. I have tried many means and methods over the past 12 years and am happy to have found a solution to my problem - and the problem of many others. (Please scroll down for the solution.)

First of all, it is important to know and understand that acne is caused by bacterial pathogens called streptococci that are found in the body. Therefore, agents that are applied externally, only conditionally or not at all and often even lead to skin exacerbation.

Many women especially observe increased pimples around their cycle. Mistakenly, the hormone balance is often blamed. However, the fact is that the immune system is weakened, especially during the female cycle, with the result that the bacteria (streptococci) are able to roam around the body more unhindered than usual. Even before the acne can even occur, the streptococci are already directly under the skin and wait, so to speak, for their "use".


For these reasons, an awareness must be created to alleviate the acne only from the inside out resp. to be able to heal.

Solution:

First, I recommend doing a food allergy test because gluten or animal products can be the cause of acne and pimples.

In any case, I urge you to perform an annual liver detoxification. For this I can recommend the product Ceres Homeopathic medicine (liver-bile drops). The liver does a lot of hard work for each of us, but only a few regularly relieve their liver. Every day, the liver is confronted with pollutants by caring products, inhaling the air (fumes), food, etc.
Psyllium husks and linseed additionally help detoxify toxins and successfully dissipate them during detoxification. Pay attention to a healthy diet during detoxification and drink 2 liters of water daily. Be aware that a first aggravation can occur.

Buy a juicer and drink fresh carrot juice from organic carrots. Drink the carrot juice daily on an empty stomach and wait 30 minutes until the first meal. Carrots are known to contain vitamin A, which is not only effective for the skin, but also for hair and nails. The carrot juice allows the body to directly absorb this valuable vitamin. With the self-juiced organic carrots I have already noticed after two days a remarkable skin improvement. Since then, I have been drinking my carrot juice almost every day, and I am amazed every day again by the simple "home remedy" that can achieve such great things.
