For delicious homemade Swabian spaetzle you need the following:
ingredients
- 500g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml of water
- 2 teaspoons salt
preparation
- Put all ingredients in a larger bowl
- Knead well with a dough hook or food processor
- When everything is kneaded well, bring a pot of water to a boil
- Once this cooks, add salt
- Add the dough in portions to the spaetzle press and press the spaetzle into the lightly boiling water
- As soon as the spaetzle swim up in the water, they are ready!
