Sweat on the butt

Since I have already found some tips against sweating in general, but not against sweating in a very specific body region, namely the butt, I would like to make a start here.

The excessive perspiration on the buttocks is relatively common, but is perceived as such by a few people. Many times I have in forums, etc. Questions like "Underpants is constantly wet - I pee unconsciously?" to read. Since sweat odor on the buttocks often differs from under the armpits, the problem is logically also misunderstood.

What helped me anyway (yes, I have suffered from it myself), I would like to list you:

1. If you have a high body fat percentage (that does not mean that you are overweight), reduce it immediately! Fat likes to sit on stomach and buttocks. After gaining two kilos by taking medication, which in itself is not much, that has led to proper sweats on the butt. When they were down, I sweated a lot less.

2. Sage cure: Drink about four weeks throughout the day a liter of ointment tea (best from the health food store, cheap products from the supermarket are usually not good), which has a positive effect on the organism. It is also advisable to "wash" the affected body regions with sage tea.

3. To abstain from spicy food and alcohol consumption - even if it's just a beer after work - as far as possible. When I was away in the evening and only had one or two cyclists, I sweat all the more the day after.

4. Do some sports and / or go to the sauna. If you provide controlled sweats, you sweat a little later or between them.

5. Forgo deodorants that contain alcohol. Alcohol acts, as already indicated, sweaty.

6. Generally, Deos use antiperspirant (in between there is a world of difference!). It is recommended mixtures from the pharmacy with 20 to 30 percent aluminum chloride content. So the sweat glands are just clogged. But it can sometimes take two to three weeks to work. In most cases, however, it is much faster.
