Ingredients and preparation ground

  • Beat 2 eggs and 100 g sugar until foamy
  • 75 g of flour
  • Add 75 g of melted butter and a pinch of salt
  • Mix everything and place in 26er (diameter) springform
  • Bake at 160 ° C for 17 minutes

Ingredients and preparation filling

  1. 3/4 (large) cup of sugar and 3/4 (large) cup of water to boil.
  2. 1kg of vanilla pudding powder and 1kg of vanilla sauce powder (for cooking) whisk with 1/4 cup of water. Add to the boiling sugar water, stir until even mass is obtained. Season to taste with cinnamon.
  3. Add 50 g butter and juice of one lemon.
  4. Peel and grate 5 green apples (but also with all the others), add immediately to the vanilla mixture, stir well.
  5. Give the mixture on the finished cake bottom.
  6. At the end, whip 1 cup cream with whipped cream and vanilla sugar and spread on the cake, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
