Ingredients and preparation ground
- Beat 2 eggs and 100 g sugar until foamy
- 75 g of flour
- Add 75 g of melted butter and a pinch of salt
- Mix everything and place in 26er (diameter) springform
- Bake at 160 ° C for 17 minutes
Ingredients and preparation filling
- 3/4 (large) cup of sugar and 3/4 (large) cup of water to boil.
- 1kg of vanilla pudding powder and 1kg of vanilla sauce powder (for cooking) whisk with 1/4 cup of water. Add to the boiling sugar water, stir until even mass is obtained. Season to taste with cinnamon.
- Add 50 g butter and juice of one lemon.
- Peel and grate 5 green apples (but also with all the others), add immediately to the vanilla mixture, stir well.
- Give the mixture on the finished cake bottom.
- At the end, whip 1 cup cream with whipped cream and vanilla sugar and spread on the cake, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
