Swedish Apple pie

Ingredients:
4 eggs
350 g of sugar
120 g of butter
1/8 l of milk
300 g of flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
6 apples
3 tbsp sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
75 g of ground almonds

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Meanwhile heat the butter with the milk (do not boil) and add the egg mass while stirring. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add the mass. Peel and rasple the apples and pick them up. You can also cut the apples, but by rasping the cake gets really soggy. Put the mass in a greased form (preferably baking sheet) and bake the cake on the middle rail for about 10 minutes. Take the cake out of the oven and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon-almond mixture on it, then push the tin for another 15 min. back in the oven. The sugar melts and thus the cake has a delicious sugar crust.
