Sweet nut cake

Sometimes it just has to be fast. This totally delicious and juicy nut cake is stirred in no time, covered and baked and tastes delicious.

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 2 cups of creme fraiche
  • 200 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda

cream

  • 1 can of milkmaid
  • 1 brand butter
  • 3 pack. almonds

preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in all ingredients carefully. Finally, mix the flour with baking powder and fold into the dough.
  2. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20- 30 minutes and let cool completely and then spread with cream.
  3. Beat the soft butter for the cream and slowly let the milk girl run in and stir until a uniform cream is formed.
  4. Roast the almond sticks in a pan until golden brown and allow to cool.
  5. Once the cake has cooled, brush with the cream and sprinkle the almond sticks thick.

This cake tastes very sweet, I like it just as much, but if you do not like it so much, you just have to reduce the sugar or take less cream.
