Sweet or spicy: Which mustard am I taking?
With different dishes like Nürnberger Rostbratwürsten I was always faced with the decision whether sweet or spicy mustard would fit better. At some point I got used to giving both varieties on the plate and sometimes here, then sunk.
Then I had the brilliant idea to mix both kinds of mustard on the plate. I have to say: It tastes great and the decision is always on the mix! By the way, sauerkraut tastes even better if you take mustard with your food while eating.
