Sweet pasta with mirabelle plum and goat cream cheese

Since the mirabelles are already ripe, here is a nice recipe from me - invented by me, as our mirabelle plum harvest was very lush last year! It's easy to make and tastes like a sweet lunch or a "dessert" after a vegetable soup.

Per person about 150 g of pasta, 200 g of mirabelle, 50 g of goat cream cheese (I take that in rolls, which you can then share in Taler).

The mirabelle plums are pitted and simmered in a little water with a little sugar and cinnamon for 5 minutes.

The noodles (best are smaller pasta such as penne, but I also had ribbon noodles) cook according to the package instructions in salt water.

Goat's cheese in thalers and then cut into cubes

Now mix noodles and mirabelles (with cooking liquid) and make the cheese unmixed. You can also cover it with cheese and then bake briefly under the oven grill.

The dish can also be eaten cold!
