Sweet potato and apple jam
Here is a super fast, ingenious jam recipe:
500 g sweet potatoes
500 g apples
Lemon juice of about 2 lemons
3 - 4 tablespoons water
1 P. Bourbon - vanilla sugar
Approximately 10 - 20 ml of rum
500 g jam sugar 2: 1
Peel sweet potatoes, remove the core from the apples, wash and cut everything into small pieces and cook a little soft with the water.
Add the lemon juice, vanilla sugar and sugar and then chop well with the blender, add the rum.
Cook for 3 minutes and pour hot into twist-off jars. Turn upside down for 5 minutes and allow to cool.
A wonderful tasting jam and arose from the distress, since I did not find a pumpkin.
