Swiss egg salad

Hunger? A look in the fridge, there are 2-3 boiled eggs left? There is also some Emmentaler, or another cheese? It can also be grated cheese. 1-2 slices of cooked ham are still there?
Then make egg salad, quickly piss everything (eggs please peel before).
In a small bowl, mix some mayo and sour cream, or creme fraiche, one teaspoon of sweet and spicy mustard, as well as salt (better herbal salt) and some pepper from the mill.
Add eggs, ham and cheese and season to taste.
Sprinkled with chives, served with any kind of bread, or in a hollowed-out tomato.
