Swiss roll basic recipe

Baking a sponge roll is not as complicated as you might think. Step by step, with a few tips, it will work out well.
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons warm water
- 150 g of sugar
- Lemon yellow (or aroma)
- 75 g of flour
- 75 g cornstarch
- 1 coated tsp baking powder
- and for the filling 450 g of jam. Of course, you can also make and take another filling, just as you like it.

The oven you have to preheat to 210 degrees.
Make the biscuit dough as follows:
- Beat the eggs, water and lemon yellow with the whisk until foamy. At the highest setting, add the sugar and stir until the mixture is creamy and shiny.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and mix at low setting.
- Place your dough on the baking sheet lined with baking paper, with a thickness of about 1 cm. If the amount of dough does not fill all of your plate, bend your baking paper to make an edge. The dough can not get lost then.
- You need to bake the dough IMMEDIATELY on the middle shelf for 10-12 minutes.
- You must not exceed the baking time, otherwise the cake will be too dry and breaks when rolling.
- The biscuit plate is immediately after baking on a sprinkled with sugar tea towel rushes.
- Coat the paper with cold water and peel off.
- Mix the jam, spread on the plate, and roll up the biscuit immediately from the narrow side.
- Dust with powdered sugar, done!
