Very fast, super delicious and tagliatelle with vegetables (vegetarian).

  1. Cook noodles (without egg) in water according to the instructions on the label al dente.
  2. In the meantime (or before), cut the vegetables of a bundle of soup vegetables (carrots, celery, leeks, possibly a small piece of cauliflower into thin strips (julienne), sauté in a few drops of olive oil or butter in a pan.) The vegetables should keep bite.
  3. Fill with a cup of sweet cream or cream fine for cooking, heat, with salt, pepper, who also likes to season some chili and / or granular vegetable broth or herballoafs from the shovel.
  4. Put the pasta on a plate, sprinkle with the vegetables over it and sprinkle with the chopped parsley from the soup green bunch.
  5. Sprinkled with Parmesan shavings, it is a bit more luscious, but is not necessary in terms of taste.

A bunch of birch trees is enough for two people.

The whole thing is fast, vegetarian, inexpensive and tastes very delicious (at least my family says so).
