I am a huge salmon fan, so today I introduce you to my recipe with salmon and rocket :)
ingredients
For 6 people or 6 tarte flambée
- 750 g of flour
- 450 ml of lukewarm water
- 3 pck. Dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Ingredients for the toppings
- 450 g of sour cream
- 150 ml of cream
- 1 pack of rocket
- 750 g fresh salmon
- fresh or dried dill
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
preparation
- Put the flour, lukewarm water, yeast and salt in a larger bowl.
- Knead well with a hand mixer with kneading attachment.
- Then remove from the bowl and knead by hand again briefly and form into a ball.
- Cover the dough again in the bowl and cover with a clean dishcloth and let it rest for about 1 hour.
- In the meantime you can cut the salmon into thin slices. It tastes best to me personally, but you can also cut the salmon into bigger cubes.
- Wash the rocket.
- Put the sour cream and the cream in a smaller bowl and mix well with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and season to taste.
- Preheat oven to 250 ° C with top and bottom heat.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
- Spread some flour on the work surface and roll out the yeast dough in portions thinly.
- Then on the baking sheet with the rolled out dough and all around form a small margin.
- First distribute the cream on the tarte evenly and then add the delicious salmon to the tarte.
- Then put into the oven with the Tarte Flambée, on the middle rail and bake for about 8 minutes.
- Once you've gotten your tarte flambée from the oven, sprinkle with some dill and rocket.
- Good Appetite!
