Tasty coffee prepared quickly

For quite a long time I have been looking for a coffee preparation that has really tasty coffee as a result. I have no room for a large coffee machine, it does not taste so good from the French press.

And every time I turn on the classic machine for maybe a cup of coffee I do not want either. By chance, I came across how the Dutch make their coffee and I really like it and it is also good. Because I have only once a little preparation time, then for days a quick preparation. Also fast times for a cup in between and that goes like this:

Put a large porcelain filter (for 6 cups) with a suitable filter bag on a jug with a capacity of at least one liter of liquid, and add 250 g of ground coffee. Bring the water to a boil and slowly pour the water over the ground coffee so that all the coffee is thoroughly wetted. Then run through. Then slowly pour in again and continue until you have a liter of the concentrate.

The concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for days (up to 14 days) and you can always make coffee by pouring 1 part concentrate with 4 parts of boiling water, eg. B. 50 ml of concentrate with 200 ml of boiling water. If you like it a bit stronger, use more concentrate. You have to find that out to your own taste. The coffee tastes like freshly filtered.
