The cookies that I present here are also "pure" delicious. You really do not need to decorate or glaze them. Sometimes, before baking, I spread some "gruel" on each biscuit, which is roughly crushed sugar candy.
ingredients
- 250 g flour mixed with 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin sugar
- a few drops of baking oil vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons water
- 150 g of butter or margarine
- 100 g of grated nuts
Mix everything to a shortcrust pastry.
Leave the dough for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator, then roll out and cut out any shapes.
Bake until golden brown (175-200 degrees approx. 10-15 minutes)
Decorate as desired after cooling.
