Tasty wraps

If you are in a hurry, do not feel like standing by the stove in hot temperatures or just like that, you should definitely try these tasty wraps.

For 2 people:

  • 4 wraps (available in supermarkets in the bread department: tortilla wheat wraps)
  • Arugula or corn salad (handful per wrap)
  • Cocktail tomatoes (handful per wrap)
  • according to taste: tuna (1/2 can per wrap), fish or chicken breast strips
  • Natural yoghurt (0,1- to max.1,5% fat) (200 g)
  • Feta cheese or litter cheese light
  • chili powder
  • Herbs

preparation

  1. Mix 200 g yoghurt with chilli powder and herbs. Take out a wrap-plate and place it on a plate. Take 1 tbsp yoghurt sauce and spread on the wrap.
  2. Then also the washed salad and, depending on your choice, the fish or the meat on it.
  3. As a last cut small tomatoes and pass over (who wants, can also take other vegetables such as peppers).
  4. Fold in the sides of the wraps and roll up from below. Ready to enjoy.
