Tea Liqueur

1500ml of water
250g tea (raspberry-blackberry)
800g candy sugar, white
Aroma, (lemon flavor, 3 ampoules)
1 bottle of schnapps (grain, 32% he)

Boil water, tea and candy in a large pot. Let it rest for 24 hours, then strain it through a sieve into another pot. Add grain and lemon flavor and fill in bottles. Makes about 2 - 3 bottles. If you can not get a ready-made raspberry-blackberry-tea mixture, you will need one 125g bag of each type. Very tasty mixed with sparkling wine.
