Tea tree oil against mold and fungi
Mold can be controlled very easily and almost at all times by sprinkling already grown mushroom with tea tree oil or sprayed in alcohol.
Works great in the bathroom, on walls, indoors as well as outdoors!
I know a painter who also adds tea tree oil to his colors for bath or outdoor (rain side) and he has already taken away the mold and he has not returned years later!
Tea tree oil is available in the pharmacy / drugstore or in the fragrance shop.
PS: 100% PURE Tea Tree Oil can also be safely used on the skin (athlete's foot, acne, etc.).
