Tea tree oil for a sore throat
In case of incipient sore throat, you can completely avert a cold by gargling with tea tree oil.
Take about 20 drops, pour lukewarm water into your mouth in a small sip, and gargle as long as possible.
The taste is horrible, but as the saying goes, "evil must drive away evil." If you do that about 3 times a day, when you suspect a cold-on-approach, you stay healthy. And that's really worth it.
Personally, I dump the drops into my mouth, so about 10 pieces, and then fill up with a sip of water.
Tea tree oil works against viruses as well as against bacteria and even against fungi (which hopefully will not be involved in your inflammation)
Oh yes: tea tree oil NEVER swallow and if it does happen in any case cause vomiting; The strong essential oils are otherwise very irritating!
Give it a try. You will be surprised and recommend it for sure!
