Teabags absorb bad odors
If you put a tea bag in the shoe, the bad smell disappears overnight.
You can not wash my daughter's shoes in the washing machine, and since I usually use Febreze, but the bottle of Febreze was empty, I put in a bag of fruit tea and overnight the bad smell disappeared.
So I did the same with her sports bag, as I gave 2 bags in and next day she smelled like fruit tea and not after sports.
Today I put a tea bag of peppermint in an old bag, now it smells nice of mint, I like that.
