Tequila Swabian style
I like to make a party as an entry condition: every guest gets a "Swabian Tequila" as a welcome drink:
- 4cl herbal liqueur (Jägermeister etc.)
- Over the edge a slice of black sausage (half cut like a slice of orange on a cocktail)
- A dollop of mustard on the back of the guest's hand
The order of consumption may be determined by yourself, I think the best:
First lick mustard, then eat black sausage and drink liqueur last.
Great as an "icebreaker ritual," especially when guests come who do not know each other yet.
If you want, you can capture the distorted faces with a digicam - fun guaranteed!
