The 10-minute microwave fish

This fish dish is super fast in the microwave. One only has to think about putting the fish out of the freezer in the fridge in the morning before leaving the house, for gentle thawing.

You need:
500 g of thawed fish fillet, e.g. cod
1 bunch of spring onions
500 g mushrooms
2 tomatoes
Butter, lemon juice, pepper, salt, dried parsley and thyme

Place in a microwave vessel or a flat glass bowl first the chopped vegetables, so prepare a bed of mushrooms, tomatoes and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper and the herbs.


Put the dried fish on top, sprinkle with lemon juice and season as well. Butter - about 2 tablespoons - in small flakes on the fish distribute.

Cover vessel - full power for 6 minutes - a fast, healthy fish dish.

A piece of wholemeal bread with butter and a few radishes - yummy.

This is faster than the pizza would come into the house!
