For breakfast, this egg is only suitable if you prepare it the day before:

Any number of eggs (size M)
An oven

Preheat the oven to ~ 65-67 ° C.
Put the eggs in a bowl of cold water and brush well (for excrement, etc.).
Now pierce the eggs and place on the baking tray.


You should occasionally "turn" the eggs,
so that the heat is well distributed in the egg.

Result: The egg should not be gummy, the yolk creamy and no longer liquid (core of the yolk) and be good orange.
