The best risotto from Italy

Very simple ...
Cook rice pudding instead of milk with broth, and if it is still very liquid:

- lightly fried mushrooms with onions
- Chop the large parsley with the onions and mushrooms into the rice pudding

Then very important: Add a good deal of butter (take good butter, preferably a creamy). Then continue to simmer until it has the typical risotto condition. Distribute on plates then give real Parmesan cheese.
