The fastest dips with the Kisag blower

You give the Kisag creamers for the basic sauce:
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Mayo
- 2 dl cream or half cream
- a little milk
- 1 small natural quark
- season to taste, with salt, pepper, Maggi, Aromat
preparation
Screw the fan and shake well. The cartridge in, shake well again and distribute the entire contents in small bowls - gives about 6 bowls.
Then you can finish each sauce with your own taste, e.g. with horseradish, ketchup for Cocktalsauce, curry, garlic, herbs for herbal butter, mustard, chilli, onions, etc.
