The freshness kick with the mint oil trick

Almost exclusively, I drink bottled water or cold teas. Unfortunately, the tea is so that it takes forever to cool down and really refreshing cold. And "only" water is sometimes quite bland.

Now I have bought blackcurrant fruit syrup ("black currant, without preservatives or dyes, are also available in other types of fruit), and mix in a bottle (750 ml) of cold mineral water 30 ml of the fruit syrup (you can vary, I do not like it so sweet) and 1 drop of mint oil.

Who has good tap water, of course, can take that too.

This tastes wonderfully refreshing, cools the body pleasant and refreshed by the mint oil even when the drink is not so cold (in the office or anywhere, without a refrigerator).

Who finished, cooled fruit tea has: one (or two) drops of mint oil on a pot - delicious and extremely refreshing!
