The hollandaise sauce is easier to get out of the cardboard box

Hey everybody, if we eat asparagus, then sauce hollandaise is part of it. The Aldi sauce tastes wonderful to us (we've tried all the others, but Aldi's is great!).

But if you have to fumble out of the cardboard box, this is a big problem and a lot remains in the cardboard box. Now I have developed a process that works much easier and easier. One day before, I put the small cardboard containers in the freezer and let it freeze there. The next day you take the small container from the freezer and you can already cut off the cardboard with a small knife and the frozen sauce can be easily removed from the cardboard container and then put in a pot and heat. A little butter and a small dash of cream refines the thing and tastes great. I wish you success!
