The kilokick is made from simple and natural ingredients, consists of cottage cheese, egg white and lemon. Eaten as a last meal in the evening, he should really boost the fat burning.

  • 250 g of low-fat quark
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • stiff whipped egg whites from two eggs
  • some honey or agave syrup

  • Raspberries or other berry fruits
  • some cinnamon

preparation

  1. Squeeze out the juice of the lemon and mix it with the cottage cheese, add sweetness, if necessary add some cinnamon.
  2. Then separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg whites underneath the curd lemons. The kilokick is done.
  3. I still falsify it by mixing in a good handful of raspberries or blueberries. It tastes better and makes things rounder.

Please do not expect to weigh one kilo less in the morning. It's not like that, because to lose one kilo of fat you have to save 7000 kcal.


For me the kilokick is a way to save carbohydrates in the evening, to get full and to sleep well without a feeling of fullness.

It certainly is not for everyone, but who wants to try it, will notice, it tastes, makes you full and has low calories.
