The little budget - good for fitness and calorie consumption

Some people do not know, but with the daily household chores you can keep fit and consume calories. However, at least half an hour should pass in the respective activity.

It's great for people who do not want to go to a gym or have other reasons for not spending money on something you can get for free.

So, if I perform the listed activities for at least half an hour daily, I can roughly account for the following calorie consumption.


  • Clean, sweep about 95 calories
  • Vacuuming about 110 calories
  • Ironing about 110 calories
  • Rinse about 75 calories
  • Tiles in the bathroom or kitchen scrub about 150 calories
  • Clean up about 90 calories

There are many other examples, but I do not want to list them all now. I can only say, try makes smart.

In the meantime, I am moving more, and if housework consumes even more calories, I may prefer one or the other.
