Thermos clean quickly and cheaply
Bottle brushes are expensive and usually too small for thermos flasks: why not just take a (new!) Toilet brush for cleaning? They are already available for from 1 Euro! So she is clean inside!
Kampfente: So my thermos does not have such a large opening that a toilet brush would fit through it.I clean them with denture cleansing tablets, which I have specially purchased as a cleaner for various things in the household. For the teeth I do not need them, because my teeth and I do not sleep separately. Baerbel-die-Gute: In my thermos the toilet brush would not fit. Maybe it's about these huge thermos flasks, which are used in kindergartens or at street parties?
I have a thermos, which is relatively high, so I come with the bottle brush badly to the bottom. If there are deposits there, I do one or two spoons of uncooked rice and a little water, swing the pot a few times in a circle and tilt everything out again and the pot flashes like new. This works e.g. also with high or very narrow vases.
