Third hand while sewing
From time to time I sew something by hand and I often miss a third hand to hold the fabric well. On my last "closer challenge," I had the idea of how to help yourself.
I have a clipboard - the sort of thing you use for a writing pad to have a firm writing pad when you have to kneel or stand upright.
The clip attached to it also holds the fabric very well and you can kick it off. The clamp holds the fabric to the right of your right hand, the picture is unfortunately upside down.
