Who does not know that? An appointment chases the next and one feels, as if on the run from the demands of everyday life, because they are simply too much.

Of course, everything can be planned in such a way that this sense of a possible overloading does not even occur, but unfortunately not always.

Household and children are often added, and if you do not have active support from your partner or family members, your health will also suffer over time.


Some time ago, I noticed that I can feel more anxiety and sleep worse. My doctor has informed me that you have to pay attention to certain warning signs of the body.

I took that to heart, in the truest sense of the word. From 20 clock I do not go to the phone or mobile phone. If it is important, you can reach me via SMS, etc. yes. Prepare a healthy meal before 6pm, even for me alone. Otherwise it should be quick, but we changed that 1 year ago. It is freshly cooked and fast food is available 2-3 times a year, if at all.

Maybe it just took a little longer, but with all that keeps you busy you should not forget yourself.


That's why I need my 1-1.5 hours in the evening, when I'm just doing things for myself. No matter what it is, but it is important for each individual not to be bourned at some point. B. to fall ill. Switch off and let your mind wander!
