Tinker disposable nasal douche yourself
Now it has caught me, through the changeable summer weather! I suffer from a very stuffy nose.
Since I already heard a lot of positives about Nasenduschen with sea salt, but I never wanted to buy such an unattractive item I just had a great idea:
This is how it's done
Fill a commercial freezer bag about half full with warm water and a pinch of sea salt and close the top with a closing clip. Wait until the salt has dissolved and cut off a tiny corner of the freezer bag at one of the lower corners.
Then hold the open corner in a nostril and vary the flow of saline over pressure on the pouch.
Just tried it. It works!

Costs nothing, is more hygienic because disposable and does not waste the closets full.
