Tinkerbell cake - homemade
Time
Total preparation time: 1 hr. 30 min.
Hello, have baked again! This time it has become a Tinkerbell pie! And best of all, it's easy to copy!
ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
For the buttercream
- Vanilla / or chocolate pudding (for cooking) of 1 L of milk
- 500 g baking margarine
- 5 tbsp sugar
For decoration
- Edible paper leaves in yellow
- Dekozuckerstreusel (I chose flowers at Tinkerbell)
- Marshmallow fondant
- Green food color
You need
- 1 glass
- 1 Barbie doll
- ring cake
preparation
- The MMF: 150 g MM, is placed in the microwave with 1 tablespoon of water. Approximately 1 minute! (stay with) then knead well with 350 g sieved (!) powdered sugar with a blender. Can be a sticky affair! But it's worth it. Again and again a little PZ in case it sticks too much. Then knead again with your hands.
- For color requests, now dribble the LF onto the fondant and knead until the color is accepted. Pack in cling film.
- For the cake, mix the ingredients and place in the greased dish.
- At about 180 ° C, bake for about 40-60 minutes (depending on the oven). Try in between with a stick!
The butter cream
- Beat the margarine with a foam. Then carefully stir in the cooled pudding. IMPORTANT-Both must have about the same temperature to bond! Then cut the cake into horizontal slices and spread the cream on the layers. As a result, the Gugelhupf is getting bigger.
- Now look for a matching glass where the doll fits in and that ends up with the cake. For the stability of the doll, I take aluminum foil or kitchen roll, geknüddelt. (Had with a cheap doll, the legs :-)) settled, then you have more room.
- The MMF is rolled out and placed around the cake. Rub the cut edge smoothly and decorate with blossoms a bit more, then it will not be noticeable. If possible, then close the back of the dress. Cut off supernatants.
- From the leftovers I have shaped roses and put them on. I simply cut out the top and put it on the doll. That lasts by itself.
- I've cut out the wings of edible paper and moistened a bit so that they stick to the fondant. But if you want to transport the cake, you should stick it better with frosting or the like.
- Finally, I decorate with the flowers. But anyone can do that the way he likes.
- Then I did a baroque prince-pie, where I took less cream and other decorations. I also used MMF here. (SEE PHOTO)
- Even if that sounds complicated now ... it's really easy to do and a lot of fun! I like to answer questions!
