Tip For Singles: Gnocchi instead of dumplings

I like to cook and freeze in portions, which usually does not detract from the taste of the dishes. But there are things that just do not taste (warmed up). In addition to pork (* örgs *) are the dumplings, whether raw or half and half (terrible when they are warmed up!). And for two dumplings that I create, the effort is often too much for me or I miss the time when I once again stranger party celebrated on the A5.

My alternative: In most supermarkets, there are 500 g-packs of gnocchi, dried and perennial, for less than 1, - €.
They are "thrown" in boiling salt water and ready in 1-2 minutes. And really nice for me.

The other half of the pack (or the amount that you do not need) can be easily transferred to another container (plastic box or bag) and kept in the refrigerator for a long time. Or as a next meal in the pan with ham, onions and and and ... roast.

Instead of dumplings, it tastes delicious with goulash and all kinds of sauces, light and dark. And above all, go fast, if need be (I'm actually self-confessed * with much time cook *).
