Tips against migraine

How many people have been suffering from migraine since my youth? Since I try to get along without pills or with less, I chased every tip and tried it. With very good success I tried the following. As soon as the first signs appear, the success is greatest, but even if the attack is already there, it relieves some time and makes history more bearable.

It prepares a large cup of black tea with a lot of tannic acid, so Assam Broken or Ostfriesische mixtures or English Breakfast Tea. I take 1 good tsp full for the cup or one to two teas for the 1-1.5 liter can. Let it rest for two minutes, drain. Then - and this is really important, add 2 teaspoons of sugar (no sweetener) and add half a lemon per 1/4 liter cup. The whole thing should be as hot as it gets drunk and should not be lukewarm.

I try it first and always succeed. I start seizures so often, or I do the procedure for 2 to 3 days until the migraine is completely gone. So you can stand it even without tablets. It seems important to me that you can drink it well. So sugar and lemon have to be so balanced that you like to drink it. Better to add a little more sugar, half the lemon is important. I've tasted it in different ways, wanted to save sugar, but it must be the amount and be drunk hot. I notice when drinking, how I feel better, it is doing infinitely well. Then a magnesium tablet afterwards and I hope it helps you too.
