Tips for problems getting up in the morning

I have a tip for those who are not awake in the morning and often turn off the alarm in half sleep and then half an hour later by a family member with the words "... do not you have to work / school?" be awakened.

Of course you can combine this tip with the usual tips.

Common Tips:

  • Do not place the alarm clock next to the bed, but far enough away to walk at least 1 to 2 meters through the room to turn it off.
  • Get an alarm clock with a really annoying and loud alarm.
  • Does not set a radio to wake up, this soft chirrup usually has the effect of a bedtime story.
  • Let the alarm ring a quarter of an hour before you have to get up for the first time and then again and again at intervals of 3-5 minutes.
  • In very stubborn cases of mattress hearing you can also set several alarm clocks.

Now my new tip:

  • Put a lamp by your bed or a string of lights over your bed into a timer just before you have to get up. The light wakes you a little more. It has the effect of a pretended sunrise, which makes the inner clock of the man ring.

I drive very well with the premature awakening in combination with the fairy lights. For those who have concerns about power consumption, look for a string of lights with LED lights. They consume almost nothing and a string of lights is almost eternal.

If it does not work for you with the light, you can decorate the chain next Christmas at the window.
