ingredients
For about 2 people
- 1 to 2 packs of spoon biscuit
- 250 g of mascarpone cheese (can be found in the supermarket in the cold store
- 2 eggs
- 2 brandy glasses Amaretto
- 2 tbsp sugar
- cold coffee
- Chocolate powder (cacao powder is also needed)
- a small casserole dish
As well as for the preparation
- a cup
- a fine sieve
- a spoon
- a blender
- a cup
The Tiramisu should be in the fridge for about 24 hours before it is plastered - so one evening before proceed as follows:
preparation
Prepare cream
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, the eggs and the sugar with the mixer to form a cream.
- If possible, then put the Amaretto in the cream. If the cream would then be too thin, then better give the Araretto in the coffee.
- Also like a little more Amaretto in the coffee.
Layer everything
- In the casserole dish lay out a layer of spoon biscuits (exactly half of the amount purchased), the sugar side up.
- Sprinkle the sponge biscuits with the coffee - add the coffee in a cup and a tablespoon per spoon biscuit.
- Now spread half of the cream evenly on it, so that the biscuits are all covered.
- Now spread the other half of the spoon biscuits as a second layer and drizzle with coffee.
- Now spread the other half of the cream on it.
Garnish with chocolate powder
Put some chocolate powder into a fine sieve and spread over the casserole dish with a spoon in the sieve so that everything is covered with a fine, approx. 2mm thick chocolate layer.
final
- Put the casserole dish with the finished tiramisu in the fridge and leave it for about a day.
- During this time, the spoon-biscuits and the chocolate-layer well (with the coffee or Amaretto). The chocolate gets darker.
- If the chocolate is nice and dark, then the tiramisu is perfect.
In order to avoid stomach cramps - because they are eggs ... - you should always leave it in the fridge and eat it within another 48 hours if possible.
Good Appetite!
