Tiramisu for children
Yesterday I did Tiramisu for my husband and myself and my son watched with enthusiasm. Of course, he also wanted to have some of it, but since I had prepared the tiramisu in the classic way - that is, with coffee and alcohol - had replacement ago.

I prepared cocoa, provided sponge biscuits and I made the cream like this:
Mix egg yolk from 3 eggs with sugar to taste, add 500 g mascarpone. That was my basis for the "Kindertiramisu", so to speak.
Then dipped all the sponge fingers in the cocoa, put them in a small mold and put the cream over them. Have ever made 2 layers of it, the whole thing in a small mini run.
With the rest of the cream, I then made our normal tiramisu, just add a dash of amaretto and egg whites to it!
There was no time left for the photo, the Tiramisu was gone. But next time I will be faster ...
