Tiramisu recipe without eggs

Here is a tiramisu recipe that works without raw eggs and still tastes very typical.

ingredients

  • 1 cup of espresso or strong black coffee
  • 1 package of Sponge biscuits
  • 500g of mascarpone
  • 120g cream cheese double cream stage
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml whipped cream (beat stiff)
  • 100g sugar
  • Amaretto (2-3 tablespoons, as desired)

preparation

Put the mascarpone and the traditional double cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix with the hand mixer. Now add the 100g sugar, the vanilla sugar and the Amaretto and stir with the hand mixer to a cream. Fold in the stiff whipped cream.

Lay out the bottom of a casserole dish with spoon biscuits. Using a kitchen brush, apply some of the espresso to the biscuits (if you do not like the biscuits too much) or drizzle with a tablespoon.

Then distribute half of the mascarpone cream. Now layer the remaining spoonfuls and drizzle or brush with espresso. Spread the second layer of cream over it and use transparent film
cover.

Refrigerate for several hours (preferably over night).

Immediately before serving, I sift cocoa powder over it.

Of course, if children want to eat, they do not use espresso or coffee. As an alternative, I find grain coffee not bad. (So "Caro" for example).

Either omit the amaretto liqueur completely or use almond flavor from the baking shelf.
