TK-Pizzettis from own production

Frozen pizza is tasty and extremely practical - but ideologically controversial, because usually too salty and anyway "industrial". Although I like industrial Tiefühlpizza actually quite happy, but even tastier and cheaper I find homemade.

That's how it works (if you already have your own pizza recipe, you can skip the "dough part"):

dough

Make 500g of flour, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and yeast (1 cube or 1 bag of dry yeast). Mix these dry ingredients and knead with lukewarm water (amount as needed, simply add by mouth) until a smooth dough is formed.

Let go
in a plastic bowl with a lid, which can be kept in the fridge overnight or longer (up to one day).

Form into small pancakes (with hand or rolling pin and flour to sprinkle over it, so that nothing sticks).

Prepare for freezing

Lay the flatbreads on correspondingly small pieces of baking paper and, as you like, pass tomato slices (salted, garlic, herbs, cayenne pepper) or pizza tomato, also topping pasta out of the jar (scream: "Industriefraß!") And sprinkle sprinkle with grated cheese (which can be stored in the bag also great in the TK - remains free-flowing!).

Freeze

Practice the pizzas with the baking paper in freezer bags, seal them. (Actually you would have to be able to stack the things with the baking paper in a freezer, but I have not tried them yet.)

Put in the freezer; Frozen are the pizzas at the latest after half a day.

preparation

Get pizza from bag or can. To top up the topping (mushrooms, salami, etc.) - of course you can also freeze it with it: with the ham, after the deep-freezing, I sometimes only get a funny taste for it).

Place in the 200 ° C preheated oven (grate or plate in the middle). Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Pick up and eat in front of the TV; ^)
