Tomato and carrot butter

This butter never stays with us for very long. She tastes best on baguette, but on a rye bread she is also delicious.


  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 tube of tomato paste


  1. Peel the carrots and onion and then finely chop. I always do that with the "Mulinette".
  2. Now mix the carrots, onion, butter and tomato paste well together.
  3. Finished. Usually no spices are needed for the butter.
