Tomato and carrot butter

This butter never stays with us for very long. She tastes best on baguette, but on a rye bread she is also delicious.
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- 250 g soft butter
- 1 tube of tomato paste
- Peel the carrots and onion and then finely chop. I always do that with the "Mulinette".
- Now mix the carrots, onion, butter and tomato paste well together.
- Finished. Usually no spices are needed for the butter.
